Job summary

University of New England seeks a Career Programming and Engagement Coordinator to coordinate career programming and lead marketing initiatives. You will promote student engagement with career readiness, manage digital content, and support UNE CareerConnect powered by PeopleGrove.

You will work across departments to plan career fairs, sessions, and workshops, while analyzing engagement data to drive improvements. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience creating and managing digital communications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for career programming and services.
• Manage UNE CareerConnect digital presence, content, newsletters, and promotions.
• Coordinate career fairs, events, workshops, and employer sessions.
• Maintain communications calendar and track engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce brand-consistent collateral.
• Support onboarding and documentation for students, faculty, staff, and partners.
