Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY, and seeks a dedicated staff member to coordinate the career preparation period program for new students, ensuring compliance with government and management directives.

You will develop lessons and tailor training plans using diverse assessment tools. Required are a bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least one year of related experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
• One year related experience required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the career preparation period program for new students.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver career preparation lessons with diverse teaching strategies.
• Recommend training programs for each student using background files, personal interviews, tests, and various assessment tools.
• Conduct pre-arrival contacts with potential enrollees; prepare and mail pre-arrival and safe arrival letters; coordinate arrival activities with center departments.
• Participate in student employability programs and activities.
