You will deliver Career Preparation instruction, help students build individualized career plans, and monitor progress to ensure strong early retention and a confident start in the program. This role requires a natural teaching and mentoring approach, welcoming new students, building trust quickly, and ensuring a strong beginning that sets students on a successful

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability requirements.
• Preferred: accredited degree; experience in teaching, group facilitation, or Job Corps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Career Preparation instruction effectively, evaluating attendance and performance.
• Develop individualized career plans with students and monitor progress to ensure retention and completion.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition processes for students and maintain organized, safe learning spaces.
