Qualifications

• Must be Spring ISD junior or senior high school student.
• Preferred: Media Tech, Graphic Design or Business Management Pathway student.

Responsibilities

• Assist Innovation & Equity staff with daily procedures.
• Assist with design tasks.
• Sort and deliver mail.
• Assist with data entry and filing.
• Scan and record-keeping.
• Help with setting up events.
• Ensure office supplies are maintained.
• Ensure timely shredding of sensitive material.
• Answer phone, mail and assist information requests.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Other duties as assigned.
