Responsibilities

• Develop local job seeker pipelines to open positions and place candidates in employment.
• Outreach within the community to connect employers with qualified candidates.
• Interview customers to assess service needs and design individual employment plans.
• Provide career advisement and referrals to training, education programs and jobs.
• Maintain case notes and ensure program requirements are met.
