Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Career Planner in Ottumwa, IA to help local job seekers develop employment plans and connect them with employers. You will coordinate referrals to training, jobs, and services, while maintaining clear case notes and timely follow-ups.

You will interview clients, assess needs, and provide career advisement to advance employment opportunities. A valid driver's license is required to support field activities and client outreach.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum two years of staffing, recruiting, or workforce development experience with data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Makes connection with job seekers to open positions and leads to employment.
• Assists businesses in recruiting qualified applicants for their jobs.
• Interviews customers to assess service needs and plans.
• Develops individual employment plans and refers to jobs or training.
• Maintains accurate case management and program documentation.
• Provides ongoing case management and liaises between customers and providers.
• Keeps case files in compliance with program rules and documents interactions.
