Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess candidates for technical and soft skills to determine suitability and fit for positions.
• Connect job seekers to open positions and training opportunities to increase employment.
• Identify and recruit qualified candidates for assigned job orders.
• Identify job seeker barriers and refer to appropriate resources.
• Provide career advisement through development of individual employment plans and referrals.
• Document all customer interactions through well-written case notes.
• Ensure activities and case files meet programmatic requirements.
• Provide valued and timely service to job seekers and employers.
• Utilize Extreme Customer Service behaviors in all interactions.
