• Provide career advisement through development of individual employment plans and referrals.
• Acquire and maintain programmatic competency to ensure compliant case management.
• Stay informed on market research tools and industry trends to guide placement.
• Document all customer interactions through well-written case notes.
• Ensure activities and case files meet programmatic requirements.
• Provide valued and timely service to both job seekers and employers.
• Utilize Extreme Customer Service behaviors in all interactions.
