Qualifications

• Experience working with youth (1+ year).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program logistics & recruitment management.
• Lead fall recruitment and student communications.
• Coordinate spring program execution, scheduling, venue setup, and vendor coordination.
• Organize and manage essential program documentation and records.
• Facilitate workshops and provide guidance on career readiness and pre-law topics.
• Serve as primary contact for student participants.
• Input and maintain student data in Salesforce.
