Job summary

AHRC New York City in Manhattan seeks an Employment Case Manager for its DYCD Train & Earn program. This full-time role coordinates services, supports youth ages 16-24, and oversees plans to help participants gain employment and achieve education goals.

You will conduct assessments, develop service plans, connect participants with training, track progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A degree in social work or related field plus 3 years’ case management experience is

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with City systems experience.
At least three years’ successful experience in case management/counseling with City systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate support services for individuals on caseload relating to employment success.
Prepare service plans and progress notes to support employment goals.
Conduct assessments and maintain records for program participants.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and community partners.
Provide coverage within the program during staff absences.
