Responsibilities

• Assist job seekers in identifying interests and barriers and creating personalized employment plans.
• Coordinate with employers and conduct workshops to support job readiness.
• Help applicants with resumes, cover letters, and job applications.
• Maintain accurate client data and ensure confidentiality and documentation.
• Advocate for clients with employers and support participation in career fairs.
