Responsibilities

• Build a professional one-on-one relationship with clients to aid employment.
• Provide consistent case management and follow-up.
• Conduct new customer orientation.
• Ensure positive outcomes and goals are met per contract.
• Collaborate with schools, account managers and management for documentation.
• Facilitate professional development workshops.
• Maintain an organized client database and detailed case notes.
• Ensure participants follow through with planned activities.
• Provide referrals to community or social services when needed.
• Complete enrollment documentation accurately.
• Document contacts and activities in case notes; manage post-placement follow-up.
• Address attendance problems with creative solutions.
• Assist in preparing project reports (participation, placement).
• Manage program offerings and data collection for centers.
