Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a career navigator to provide integrated workforce planning services for job seekers. You will develop and maintain contact with customers and service providers to help them engage in self-assessment and pursue employment opportunities.

As a full-time, non-exempt role, you will interview clients, coach them for successful placement, and document case notes in our automated system. Occasional travel to partner sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development or career coaching preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team with a customer-service orientation.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers to assess ongoing service needs and explore employment opportunities.
• Coaches customers to present themselves effectively for placement.
• Provides career advisement and develops placement plans; referrals to jobs and training.
• Performs visits to customers' homes or training sites as needed.
• Maintains case files with well-written notes and prepares requested reports.
