Job summary

Community Action Pioneer Valley is hiring an Adult Career Navigator to support Weatherization training programs and job readiness for participants in the Greenfield/Northampton area. The role emphasizes compassionate, strengths-based case management and employer engagement to place participants in full-time roles.

The navigator will conduct outreach, enroll participants, provide education and develop job opportunities while maintaining data records and complying with program standards.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience working with adults, providing case management.
• Bi-lingual/Bicultural (Spanish/English) preferred.
• CPR/First Aid (will be provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual support/case management to participants.
• Work with participants to complete assessments and goals.
• Build relationships with community partners and organizations.
• Coordinate services and opportunities for participants.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
