Job summary

Community Action Pioneer Valley, Inc. is hiring an Adult Career Navigator to support Weatherization Tech and Crew Chief training participants in Greenfield/Northampton.

You will deliver job readiness, case management, and job development services, while building relationships with employers and partners and ensuring high program standards. The role involves in-person and remote collaboration, data entry, and regular travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience working with adults, providing individual support/case management.
• Bi-lingual/Bicultural (Spanish/English) preferred.
• CPR/First Aid (will be provided if needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual support/case management to participants.
• Work with participants to complete assessments and set goals.
• Build relationships with community partners and coordinate services.
• Coordinate services and opportunities for participants with stakeholders.
• Travel regularly within the service area and to partner sites.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings.
• Maintain confidential records and data as required.
