Job summary

Educational Data Systems (EDSI) in Delaware County seeks a professional to deliver career services to jobseekers and employers. You will determine eligibility, develop employment plans, and manage a caseload of 50-75 Title I participants in coordination with the Business Services Team to create sustainable opportunities.

You will provide staff-assisted job search guidance, labor market information, CWDS data entry, and maintain compliant participant files.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent service to jobseekers and employers.
• Ability to work with unemployed, underemployed, displaced workers and other disadvantaged populations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document all aspects of services provided.
• Demonstrated communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about CareerLink services and partner agency services.
• Complete eligibility determinations for individuals seeking services.
• Create individual employment plans for participants.
• Maintain a caseload of 50-75 Title I program participants.
• Refer to financial navigator and community resources.
• Provide staff-assisted job search services (career guidance, job leads, labor market information).
• Administer suitability assessments for training opportunities.
• Complete CWDS data entry and maintain participant files according to regulations.
• Provide follow-up activities per program guidelines.
• Represent EDSI on committees and workgroups.
