• Assist job seekers to co-create employment plans and access training with credentials.
• Provide digital literacy assessments and instruction; interpret test results for referrals.
• Engage with partners to coordinate referrals, resources, and group programming.
• Spend the majority of hours in the community meeting clients and supporting employment outcomes.
