• Deliver one-on-one career coaching, navigation, and stabilization services tailored to participant needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify employment goals, training needs, skills, and barriers; develop individualized service plans.
• Provide accurate information about career pathways, credentials, and industry opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions on job readiness, resume writing, and interview skills.
• Offer referrals to training, education, and wraparound support services such as counseling, healthcare, or financial aid.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate case notes in accordance with funder and agency guidelines.
• Track participant progress and provide ongoing motivation, problem-solving, and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from job seekers, employers, and community partners via phone and email.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure continuity of care and timely service delivery.
• Enter participant information in agency systems while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Comply with all agency policies, procedures, and CARF accreditation standards.

Job description
