Goodwill of Colorado is offering a CW STEP program that provides paid, on-the-job training up to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks. Participants work to overcome barriers to employment while earning the prevailing wage and maintaining TANF benefits for stability.

Placement occurs across a variety of host employers in retail, warehouse, maintenance, and administrative roles. The program focuses on preparing recipients for permanent, living-wage jobs with ongoing case-management support.

Qualifications

• Referral from your Colorado Works Workforce Case Manager is required.
• Eligible Clients: An eligible client is an individual who is eligible to receive Colorado Works Basic Cash Assistance (BCA) and who is deemed appropriate for and can benefit from CW STEP based on their Colorado Works assessment.
