Job summary

Chippewa Valley Technical College seeks a Career Development & Financial Literacy Coordinator to lead career readiness and money-management initiatives for students. The role collaborates with Career Services, Advising, and external partners to embed career pathways and financial literacy across the student journey.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating internships, and promoting student engagement while advancing equity and employability outcomes throughout CVTC’s programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, School Counseling, Higher Education, or related field with a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education Leadership, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead career development and financial literacy programming across the student lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Career Services, Advising, Planning and Recruitment teams.
• Develop partnerships with academic programs and employers to create internships and work experiences.
