Job summary

Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) seeks Admissions Advisors to drive strategic enrollment efforts. You will own relationships with prospective students, guiding them through critical enrollment milestones and coordinating with multiple college teams.

In this role you will analyze enrollment trends, develop recruitment plans, and collaborate on initiatives across CVTC’s 11-county district to strengthen partnerships and increase enrollment yield.

• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment and sales strategies for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, strengthen, and sustain partnerships with K-12 districts and community organizations to expand enrollment pipelines.
• Analyze enrollment trends and market conditions to inform recruitment plans and strategies.
• Implement territory management and recruitment strategies using enrollment data and market data.
• Evaluate recruitment performance metrics and enrollment funnel data to improve outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students, families, and influencers to increase interest and enrollment.
