Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs.
• Communicate inspection results and repair recommendations clearly.
• Present estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Parts, and Service Management.
• Monitor repair order progress and keep customers updated.
• Review completed repairs with customers at delivery.
• Follow up with customers after their visit when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes.
• Help achieve Service Department customer satisfaction, sales, and gross profit goals.
