Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education, career development, educational technology, instructional design, student affairs, business, communication, information systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting technology-based programs or services, including implementation, user training, system administration, customer support, or related responsibilities.
• Experience working with students or users in career development, workforce development, or higher education settings.
• Strong project management and organizational skills coordinating stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing administration of designated career development technologies (Big Interview, Big Resume).
• Manage daily technology operations, platform settings, user access, content, workflows, and user support.
• Develop recommendations for platform configuration, expansion, and improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and campus offices on access, privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Provide faculty and staff training and support; develop student coaching and workshops using career tech.
