Job summary

Babson College seeks an Associate Director for UG Career Development Program Management & Strategic Initiatives to lead strategic initiatives, manage programs like Professional Attire and First Year Micro-Internship, and collaborate with campus offices.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience across corporate and higher education, strong program management, exceptional communication, and ability to supervise staff and manage budgets. On-site 3 days a week with occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–10 years in corporate and higher education environments preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of staff and budget management experience.
• Program management expertise and strong project management skills.
• Ability to tailor a College-to-Career strategy for Babson students.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Initiatives with goals and approaches.
• Manage and execute strategic initiatives and programs.
• Develop vision, strategy and metrics for career programs.
• Counsel students across the career development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Career Education to design workshops and programming.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in career development practices.
