Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required as stated in the job description.
• Requires two years of experience in human resources, job development services, human services, social work, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to THA policies and HUD guidelines related to employment services.
• Develop and coordinate career counseling and planning, employability skills training, resume preparation, interview techniques.
• Coordinate job search workshops, employer outreach, and maintain an employer database.
• Conduct pre-employability screen and job skills assessments for suitable candidates.
• Provide monthly PPS reports and participate in program planning with the Department of Program and Property Services.
