Qualifications

• Knowledge of criminal record expungement processes and benefits, including Certificate of Rehabilitation.
• Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification within six weeks of hire and pass a health exam.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of job development and pre-employment services.
• Coordinate expungement information and referrals.
• Assist participants with resume writing, interview skills, and job search.
• Collaborate with area employers to create employment opportunities.
• Maintain participant files with progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with Amity policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide ongoing support after placement.
