Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Accurately Process Financial Transactions – Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize Customer Success – Educate customers about financial services and assist in account management and payments.
• Thrive in the Community – Participate in in-store events and external marketing.
• Maintain Your Store – Help maintain appearance and cleanliness of the location.
• Keep It Safe and Compliant – Participate in training and uphold policies, manage cash drawer.
