Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing, moving up to 90%, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Accurately Process Financial Transactions – Review, validate, and process customer transactions (check cashing, money transfers, loans/pawns) with accuracy.
• Maximize Customer Success – Educate customers about their transactions and offer personalized financial services.
• Thrive in the Community – Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
• Maintain Your Store – Help maintain appearance and cleanliness of your location.
• Keep It Safe and Compliant – Participate in training, uphold policies, and manage cash drawer securely.
