Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring for a Store Operations role in Jasper, GA. You will greet customers, process transactions, and educate clients on our financial solutions to foster loyalty and growth.

You will help maintain the store environment, participate in training, and support community events while adhering to company policies and security procedures. The position starts with on-site duties and offers career advancement within the brand family.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions, like check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, with accuracy and integrity.
• Educate customers about their transaction and offer personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
• Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
• Help maintain appearance and cleanliness of your location to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training, uphold Company policies and procedures, and keep up with office security protocols, including management of a cash drawer, to foster a safe work environment.
