HELP of Southern Nevada is seeking a DH Career Coach/Facilitator to develop individualized education, workshop, and employment plans for program participants. You will conduct career assessments, provide one-on-one coaching, and support participants in achieving employment goals.

The role involves maintaining client files, scheduling, assisting with online job searches, and connecting clients to community resources and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General computer knowledge and data entry.
• Active NV Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized education, workshop, and employment plans for participants.
• Conduct career assessments and one-on-one career coaching.
• Maintain client files and HMIS database records and schedule appointments.
• Assist walk-in job seekers with initial assessments and referrals.
• Coordinate and facilitate workforce development workshops.
