Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in workforce development, career services, case management, or related fields.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized guidance to a caseload of 100+ participants from enrollment through program completion.
• Develop personalized career plans aligned with goals, strengths, and employment aspirations.
• Identify pathways and opportunities (education/training/volunteer) to strengthen employability.
• Connect participants to job opportunities and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Build relationships, conduct regular check-ins, and coordinate referrals to internal and community services.
• Maintain documentation in required systems (Salesforce and Fedcap CARES).
