Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Supported Employment or related field.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use office software and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive employment-readiness training and support to residents, including interview prep, resumes, and job-search platforms.
• Develop job referrals, assist with applications, facilitate placements, and support certifications.
• Support the Supported Employment Program and provide hands-on coaching and travel assistance as needed.
• Maintain collaborations with community organizations and local employers to create opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents to identify needs and document progress.
• Ensure documentation complies with grant requirements and FC standards.
