Career Systems Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated Career Specialist to deliver employment and training services to individuals facing barriers to work in James Town, WY. You will recruit participants, assess needs, develop service plans, and connect jobseekers with employers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience, strong communication, and computer skills. Monday–Friday, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in career counseling or related services is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide vocational and training services to unemployed or underemployed individuals.
• Assess participants, develop service plans, and provide counseling and follow-up.
• Recruit eligible participants through schools, agencies and employers.
• Coordinate work experience, on-the-job training and related programs.
• Help participants set goals toward competitive employment and education.
• Report on outcomes and ensure data entry is complete.
