Job summary

Job Squad, Inc. is urgently hiring a Job Coach to provide on-the-job training and support for individuals in the community. The role reports to the CEDP Manager and requires building positive relationships with persons served and employers to promote successful employment outcomes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred undergraduate degree and strong communication skills. Driving flexibility, valid WV license, and background checks are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• General business needs understanding and experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure employment success.
• Trains, coaches, prompts, and motivates individuals.
• Understand agency values and Supported Employment framework.
• Develop partnerships with persons served, their circle of support, and employers.
• Communicate work schedules to program manager and job developers.
• Attend team meetings and advocate for individuals' wishes.
