Southwest-Key-Programs is hiring a Career Coach to support TANF, SNAP, ABAWD, and NCP participants. You will verify eligibility, conduct assessments, and build employment plans while coordinating supportive services and documenting progress in TWIST/WIT/COLTS. Telework may be available as needed.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, follow-up, and helping participants reach self-sufficiency wages with one year of job retention tracking after exit.

Competenze

• Baccalaureate degree preferred; 1 year case management or 3 years qualifying experience (60 credits).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must have own transportation and present a professional appearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Provide information to TANF, SNAP, ABAWD, and NCP participants and verify eligibility for services.
• Conduct assessments to determine participant needs and create employment plans.
• Develop and track employment plans and provide case management for each participant; maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate childcare, transportation, and work-related supports; document activities in TWIST/WIT/COLTS.
• Follow up with participants to monitor progress and outcomes; take timely action when goals aren’t met.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor case management documentation throughout participation.
