Job summary

Indiana University’s O’Neill School is seeking a part-time Career Hub Coach to support undergraduate students and alumni with professional development. You will provide 1-on-1 coaching and run small groups, learning industry trends and advising on résumés, interviews, and internship opportunities.

Collaborate with the Career Hub team to share insights and improve services. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years in career counseling or a similar role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience required.
• 2 years in career consulting or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach students and alumni effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist undergraduate students and alumni with professional and career development through 1-on-1 coaching and small groups.
• Research industry trends and provide application/interview guidance to students and alumni.
• Collaborate with Career Hub leadership and other coaches to share information and solve issues.
