Keeton-Corrections-2 seeks a dedicated professional to develop employment resources for offenders and assist with employment searches. You will provide counseling on interview skills, appearance, and résumé development, while maintaining employer liaisons and monitoring verifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating job search locations, transportation, and sign-in/out protocols, auditing verification forms, and ensuring timely documentation.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in guidance, counseling, or job placement, or a specialized degree/certification.
• Ability to liaison with employers and counsel offenders in job search skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accountability of offenders on job search via telephonic or on-site verification.
• Audit employment verification forms and verify employer presence and interview skills.
• Plan job search locations, transportation, and sign-in/out times.
• Ensure verifications align with KCI Technical Proposal.
• Maintain monthly telephonic contact with offenders and supervisors.
• Counsel offenders on appearance, interviewing skills, and résumé development.
• Develop employment resources with employers and training opportunities.
• Assist with I-9 compliance data gathering.
• Monitor job search progress and ensure full-time employment within 30 days of arrival.
• Develop relationships with organizations and community resources.
