Job summary

Metrocare Services seeks a dedicated professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You will develop job coaching plans, assess needs, and guide clients toward achieving meaningful employment while coordinating with CDDS, employers, and center staff.

This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work autonomously in multi-site environments. Bilingual Spanish/ASL is a plus; Texas driver license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or HS diploma plus 1-2 years serving individuals with disabilities.
• Spanish and/or ASL bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop job coaching and employment plans.
• Communicate with individuals to understand goals and ambitions.
• Assist individuals to overcome barriers and set goals.
• Assess strengths and teach to use them effectively.
• Guide individuals in learning to complete job tasks.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
