Qualifications

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, business administration, psychology, or a related field preferred or 2–5 years of relevant case management or social work experience.
• Highly organized with strong administrative, time management, and communication skills
• Experience managing sensitive data, documentation, and financial transactions with accuracy
• Empathetic, goal-oriented, and able to work with diverse populations
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and adapt to change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
