Job summary

Grant Associates is seeking a Career Services Coordinator to provide individualized workforce development services for adults, including assessments, coaching, and job placement support. You will manage a caseload, track outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams and community partners.

The role involves delivering job readiness workshops, reviewing resumes, coordinating assessments, and ensuring compliance with program benchmarks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required but preferred in related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data entry and reporting experience.
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and comprehensive assessments to identify needs.
• Develop and manage individualized career plans through coaching and mentorship.
• Review resumes, assess readiness, and facilitate workshops.
• Refer clients to training, services, and events; collaborate with partners.
• Manage an active caseload and meet monthly performance KPIs and placement targets.
• Enter data into case management systems and generate reports.
