Job summary

CFS in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Staffing Manager (Recruiter) to own full-cycle recruiting for accounting, finance, and HR roles. You will source, interview, and build relationships with professionals while collaborating with the sales team to uncover opportunities and needs.

You will match candidates to roles and ensure successful placements with strong client service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting, enjoy sales, and communicate confidently at all levels.

We are hiring a Staffing Manager (Recruiter) in Oak Brook.

The Position

• Full-cycle recruiting role, focusing on finding accounting, finance, and HR talent for our clients
• Source, recruit, interview and build relationships with accounting, finance, and HR professionals
• Work with your sales team and clients to uncover job opportunities and understand their needs
• Match making -- identify and present qualified candidates to job opportunities
• Follow up —ensure successful placements, provide great service, and continue building relationships

• Compensation: base salary + uncapped commission. $75,000-$100,000+ expected earnings.
