• Knowledge of fund-related agreements, carried interest arrangements, and governance matters.
• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence technologies responsibly and ethically.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transfer agreements and related documentation for fund interests.
• Support management company and general partner entity matters, including organizational documents and award agreements.
