The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of legal experience advising on complex transactions across various alternative asset classes, including private equity, credit, real estate, venture capital, and infrastructure.

Duties

• Advise clients on complex transactions involving alternative asset classes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase and partnership agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for transactions.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Represent clients in negotiations to protect their interests.
