BCG Attorney Search is seeking a corporate associate in New York City with deep M&A and private equity experience to lead transaction workstreams and deliver exceptional client service.

The role requires drafting and negotiating complex documents, managing due diligence, and coordinating across deal teams while mentoring junior lawyers. Bar admission in NY and at least 4 years of relevant practice are expected.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• At least 4 years of private equity and M&A experience, preferably in a large law firm.
• Ability to manage substantial components of transactions from inception to closing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must be barred in the jurisdiction of practice.
