Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional or asset management matters.
• Strong drafting, legal analysis, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fund investment and secondary transaction documentation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and teams.
• Experience with document templates and knowledge management resources.
• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence technologies responsibly.
