Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Community Connect Analyst to design, configure, and test billing-related application functions within CareConnect. The role focuses on building fee schedules, charge review and refund workqueues, and improving billing workflows to support customers.

Ideal candidates have a healthcare billing background, strong documentation skills, and a willingness to learn Epic processes. This position involves collaboration with clinical and business partners across Hartford

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare required.
• At least four years of billing application experience.
• Experience in revenue cycle management in acute/ambulatory care preferred.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration certification preferred.
• Willingness to attend Epic training at the Epic training center.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates design, configuration, and support of revenue cycle applications.
• Analyzes billing workflows and builds fee schedules and charge workqueues.
• Delivers testing and documentation of system configuration.
• Collaborates with project leads and end-users to implement functionality.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Supports go-live activities and post go-live questions.
