Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
• One to two years experience in clinical care or a role supporting clinical or provider operations.
• Proficiency in use of sophisticated software programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship point for designated office/territory and communicate health plan initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate activities.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to address provider needs.
• Gather data to support improvement efforts and manage budgets and financial performance.
• Provide coordination of improvements with leadership, facility administration, and physician stakeholders.
• Travel to physicians' offices for site visits and staff education.
