Job summary

New Perspective Senior Living, LLC is seeking a L1MA Shift Lead who serves as a Caregiver/Med Passer and coordinates staffing for the care team under the Care Team Manager. The role includes recording absences in scheduling software and arranging replacements, along with providing resident care and medications as directed.

Availability for on-call shifts every other weekend is required. The position emphasizes strong organization, problem solving, and customer service, with a focus on supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or work equivalent required.
• Experience in a healthcare environment or staff scheduling is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains schedule for care team department to meet staffing requirements.
• Communicates effectively with caregivers and management by phone, in person, or in writing.
• Manages records for time off requests, approvals/denials, and attendance.
• Provides care to residents or medications under direction of supervisor.
• On-call at least every other weekend to cover shifts if needed.
