The Caregiving Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily caregiving operations during assigned shifts while providing direct care and support to clients or residents. This role serves as the primary point of contact for caregivers on duty, ensuring quality care, compliance with company policies, timely communication, and a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.
Full-time Weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts may be required. On-call responsibilities may be required based on organizational needs.
