Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-desk duties with customer service excellence.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage using the computer system.
• Register patients and ensure accurate demographic and financial data in the EMR.
• Process check-out, collect payments, and perform end-of-day reconciliations.
• Assist care teams with referrals, campaigns, and patient outreach.
• Support direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision as needed.
